Meet Zhenya Novareign
Owner & Founder

Since 2005 I have been on a dedicated path of study, practice, and reclamation of ancient healing modalities that nurture and sustain wholeness on a mental, physical, & spiritual level. As an Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy practitioner, I work with many women who have struggled to get real person-centered care to address their reproductive health imbalances.

It has taken so much to get to this moment but I’m finally ready to share something precious with you!

One vital lesson I have learned during the process of tending to my deepest needs and desires: When we meet ourselves where we are, with full acceptance, and unconditional love, the things we always dreamed of, but came to believe were impossible, truly start to take shape.

For me, creative recovery is nurturing what I have always wanted to create, while also tending to the tender resistance that lurks in the shadows and avoids growth and change at all costs. It’s easy to give in to my Scorpionic tendencies to hide and stay safe in my little cave. While this can be very therapeutic and necessary at times, I’ve realized that making the greatest impact with my work means embracing the courage and fear it takes

to be BOLD, to be SEEN, and to SHARE MY UNIQUE JUICY SELF with the world.

See my most recent newsletter and my new website!
I would love to hear what it stirs in you, praise, celebration, and also feedback! In that order!

This summer, I read Barbara Ehrenreich & Deidre English's "Witches, Midwives, & Nurses", in which they describe the gruesome history of the European Inquisition and witch trials. It was hard to read and imagine the thousands, perhaps millions of women and healers who were killed for practicing the people's medicine. As much as it angered me, it also fueled me with purpose and reminded me why this work is so increasingly important. This fall, I am offering 3 opportunities to join the Self-Care Training which is the pre-requisite course to becoming a Tulix Indigenous Arts practitioner. This modality was previously referred to as The Arvigo Technique of Abdominal Massage or Therapy. If you are interested in learning more about the name change, please read my below. In this course, we will dive into the anatomy and physiology of the pelvic and abdominal organs and what happens when they become imbalances, you will learn about pelvic steaming, plant medicine, castor oil therapy, spiritual healing and so much more.
