Congratulations to Del-Fi Record's very own Delphia. She has been selected as one of only ten artists in the Western United States to receive a full grant from WESTAF's IMTour program to attend the Western Arts Alliance conference in Las Vegas this August. There, she will pitch her Performing Arts Center show for the 2019-2020 season.
