> Permanent full time evening = 8 hrs/night = approximately 5pm - 2am.
> Monday - Friday evenings, with rare occasional weekend work.
> Stripping, waxing, buffing, mopping and carpet/upholstery care.
> Need working knowledge of floor care equipment such as scrubbers, st*****rs, buffers, extractors, and similar.
> This is MANUAL LABOR WORK with equipment and tools, heavy lifting of equipment and supplies, including bending, stopping, pivoting, pushing, pulling, kneeling, crouching, stretching, climbing stairs, standing and walking for long periods.

MUST:
* HAVE VALID IDENTIFICATION
* HAVE TRANSPORTATION
* BE RELIABLE EVERY WEEK
* BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST
* HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD TO DRIVE OUR COMPANY VEHICLES

* A good understanding of Albuquerque/Rio Rancho/Santa Fe/Los Lunas and surrounding area streets / layout is helpful.

> Trabajo nocturno permanente a tiempo completo = 8 hrs / noche = aproximadamente a las 5:00 p.m. hasta las 2:00 a.m.
> Lunes a viernes por la noche, con trabajo ocasional los fines de semana.
> Decapado, encerado, pulido, trapeado y cuidado de alfombras / tapizados.
> Necesita conocimientos prácticos sobre equipos de cuidado de suelos como fregadoras, decapantes, pulidoras, extractores y similares.
> Esto es TRABAJO MANUAL con equipo y herramientas, levantamiento pesado de equipo y suministros, que incluye agacharse, detenerse, girar, empujar, tirar, arrodillarse, agacharse, estirarse, subir escaleras, estar de pie y caminar por períodos prolongados.

DEBERÍA:
* TIENEN IDENTIFICACIÓN VÁLIDA
* TIENE TRANSPORTE
* SEA FIABLE CADA SEMANA
* PODR PASAR UNA COMPROBACIÓN DE ANTECEDENTES CRIMINALES Y UNA PRUEBA DE DR**AS
* TENGA UN EXPEDIENTE DE CONDUCCIÓN LIMPIO PARA CONDUCIR LOS VEHÍCULOS DE NUESTRA EMPRESA
