Mr. Matt Reynolds, B.S. & M.W.R., President of WaterBank, announced today that it has assembled its second Tranch of water rights totaling about 125 acre feet of consumptive use water rights. The water rights have been validated by WaterBank and are being offered for sale. Under its program, WaterBank carries out at its expense all validation studies, title work, transactional work, publication of legal Notices, State Engineer and client liason, legal review of all sales documentario, closings, and handlling of escrow through its dedicated trust accounts.
Dr. William M. Turner announced today that WaterBank has been issued its license by the State of New Mexico to act as an escrow agent for handling of funds in the sale and closing of water rights transactions.
