Las Cruces Parent Workshop Mini-Series. Join Us!

Parents and caregivers are invited to a three-part, in-person, workshop series in Las Cruces. This series is designed to build knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to support your child’s education and advocacy journey.

All sessions will be held at Alameda House at 6:00 PM, in Las Cruces, NM.

SUN Bucks benefits for eligible New Mexico students are expected to begin June 15, 2026.

SUN Bucks is a one-time summer benefit issued per eligible student to help families buy food while school is out.

Some families may receive their SUN Bucks card before benefits are loaded. Benefits will not be available prior to June 15.

✔ Check your mailbox
✔ Keep your previous SUN Bucks card
✔ Benefits may be added to last year’s card

You may receive a new SUN Bucks card if:
✔ Your student is newly eligible
✔ The eldest child in your household graduated or aged out
✔ Your parent/guardian and mailing address changed

Benefits for some eligible students may also be added to last year’s SUN Bucks card, so families should keep any previously issued cards.
