We made “beefteki” today! This fresh, homemade USDA choice patty is stuffed with feta, herbs and spices. Served open face on pita with Greek salad, patates, and tzatziki. $13.75!!

We are looking for kind, people-loving individuals to join our team. Mostly weekday lunch shifts, but some weekend and pm shifts are also available if full time employment is desired. Starting at $12 per hour plus pooled tips to average a total of $20-$30 per hour. Paid sick/vacation leave. Gyros is a family-owned, casual Greek restaurant. DM for more info, or apply in person.

Tiropita is a typical Greek snack you can buy from street vendors or bakeries. Feta, egg, herbs, and other cheeses wrapped in fylo pastry. Tiropita and ”milko” chocolate milk was our favorite brunch as kids and always enjoyed it while walking to our next destination-never sitting down. Tiropita is spanakopita’s “I don t eat greens” sibling. These just came out of our oven.
