Frame #15 Chainstays

I've been 4 months out of the saddle when it comes to welding but I didn't do too terribly. This is a personal singlespeed for myself to rip around on during the winter.

This frame also incorporates my MTB yoke that provides maximum tire (at least 29x2.6) and chainring clearance (36/38t), while being lightweight (170g) and affordable for the everyman builder. Not everything needs to be 3d printed.

Strato DSO-22 dropouts are also featured. These fit inserts from and .cycle.supply. The dropouts feature a nice wide and thicker fl**ge to weld 3/4 tubing to and the fl**ge is offset to make a stronger rear triangle. These will be in the next update!

Front triangle will be welded tomorrow!

New Tool Day

When my material supplier takes a month to process my order, I had to take things into my own hands. You're looking at the creme de la creme of harbor freight tools right here. It's the ubiquitous 4x6 red bandsaw that is relieving my tired portaband.

I should have bought one two years ago when they were half the price... At least it cuts straight out of the box...
