Elders could be anyone who is steps ahead of you in what you want to do or learn how to do.

That could be a child better than you at video games when you want to learn how to be better at that (for marketing purposes,...) or someone who's achieved more success than you and you'd like to learn from them to replicate that in your life.

Enabling legacies are anything from tips, books, quotes, teachings, or frameworks to behaviors or ways of thinking from the past (could even be yesterday or a minute ago) that they have judged would give you the ability to achieve more and better.

Well-advised and Vetted, both tend toward what's came to be after tests, trials and errors, based on time-tested principles and validated by people you can believe word from.

I, for one, have taken the legacy of not letting any feeling of or seeming powerlessness deprive me of the will and power to accomplish more and better for the world and my family. Thank GOD for making me have/meet people who have/had such an influence on me.

Use what's already out there to make what isn't yet or what is but made different. You were given the tools, the legacies necessary for that to happen; all you have to do is accept them by starting to Learn, Implement, "adapt, adopt & persist."

Let's deserve it.

I am not and the world isn't either so stop putting so much pressure on yourself trying to be.

You will make mistakes, hurtful ones but know that the fall doesn't define you, but how you rise from it.
