Plan for city or state governor in NM: what do you think?
1.increase direct voting for citizens
To reduce crime rates which is proven to work in many situations.
*Create unconditional resident dividend only condition be at least a 2 year resident 18yrs and older and not in jail.
*Create a bonus good citizen dividend if not been to jail for at least 2 years.
*Create another bonus dividend if not been been to jail for at least 5 years.
*Create another bonus dividend if not been to jail for at least 10 years.
To create more revenue and more dividends for all citizens in the
Create more jobs for clean up crews for all parks and recreations in the city. And allow for all city parks to be used as local farmer's mrkt festivals everyday and last from 10am to 5pm at night with
local music, art, food etc. to bring in more tourism into NM. Which will bring in more citizen dividends as well.
Create more robotic help for elderly and children if needed for families who need more help.

Support the police: Keep the community police and adhere to good conduct in police officers which would create a bonus for that and then create more laws to help people who are on the streets putting themselves
or others into danger. Helping them get off the streets with better laws to protect the public and the police.
Create a community mental illness and drug therapy treatment center where some homeless may be able to live at if on the streets and have no where to go. The center would focus on art therapy and counseling and also
have psychiatric help if needed for medicine and coupled with other treatments.
