Congratulations to Joseph on closing on his brand new luxury townhome downtown! This one has a cool story behind it. He was trying to purchase a condo a few streets over, but their HOA would not budge with his VA loan. 2 days later, I was invited to a broker open by and for their beautiful townhome listings. I invited my client Joseph to come check them out, later that day, he was under contract with his dream property! 🥂 🏡
