🍝✨ New Menu Spotlight: Lasagna Bolognese ✨🍝

This isn’t just lasagna—it’s a love letter from Chef Seth, and it might be the most soul-satisfying dish to ever leave the Central Bodega kitchen.

Layer by luxurious layer, this dish is a foodie’s dream come true. A three-meat Bolognese, patiently and delicately simmered for four hours, builds deep, complex flavor. Hand-rolled fresh pasta is gently coated in silky béchamel, then finished with hand-grated Parmesan and mozzarella before being layered again with that lovingly prepared Bolognese.

The entire creation is rolled and baked fresh to order, then finished with a rich, complex marinara made from homegrown tomatoes harvested at the Los Ranchos farm Jess and Seth call home. A final touch of Spanish cheese adds depth and elegance, bringing everything together in perfect harmony.
