Above all else, I continually challenge myself to find what works and continue earning referral business from my solid reputation in Albany, Corvallis, Lebanon, Salem and Philomath as a provider of personalized, helpful and professional real estate service. It is important to me to listen carefully and never rush a client. Sometimes it may appear that options have run out, but that is rarely the case. The key is to think about what else is possible given all the variables while focusing on getting the job done right for a valued client. Prior to my career in Real Estate I worked in the financial industry for over 15 years, in both the banking industry, and as a Cost Accountant. I also worked as a QA Analyst for a company that writes software for financial institutions. The skills and experience that I acquired during this time enable me to assist my clients as they navigate the often confusing financial aspects of a home sale or purchase. I also learned how to become a skilled problem solver and negotiator. I believe that as a professional in the community it is vital for us to be involved in the local area. We support and partner with the local CASA organizations, as well as the Susan G Komen Foundation, local youth and adult sports, among other non-profits.
