Little Shindigs

It's been a while sweets...some of you may remember my post about going back to school to work on my masters, which meant no more cake or cupcake orders for me. I just finished my first class with an "A" so my time away from cakes has been busy and productive. Thank you again for understanding ❤️

I can finally say it's official...I am going back to school to obtain my masters degree!!This was a big decision for me and my family. I am fortunate to have a great supportive system with my family and my work. I am excited and nervous at the same time. I will continue to work my full time job while I am going back to school, so I have decided that I won't be doing anymore cakes or cupcakes during my schooling time. The wedding orders that I have on the books for this summer is all I will do for 2016. I truly thank all of you for being supportive throughout the years. You have allowed me to start with something that was a hobby and turn it into being seen in magazines and a book!! I can't thank you enough for allowing me to be a part of your special events. I have enjoyed watching your children grow, your families grow, and watching some of you get married and then to having babies.
