2022 University at Albany, SUNY Full-Time MBA alumna Whitney Walker has joined Tennant Financial as an Investment Operations Associate. She works with high-net-worth clients to enhance their wealth and estate plans.

"Getting my MBA helped me advance in my career in the finance industry. By receiving my MBA, I was able to gain entry into the investment field, which has led me to my current role," she said. "I am grateful to the program for giving me the tools and knowledge to be where I am today!"

Whitney has six years of experience in financial services, including three and a half years at KeyBank and nearly three years at Goldman Sachs Ayco Personal Financial Management as an Associate. 2024 University at Albany, SUNY Full-Time MBA alum Devashish Chaturvedi has joined The Gem, a restaurant and cocktail bar in Bolton Landing, as the Floor Manager. He assists bartenders and waiters in serving guests, manages the flow of the night, communicates with the kitchen, and addresses any issues that may arise.

"The Full-Time MBA Program equipped me perfectly to handle the varied demands of this position. The networking and HR classes improved my soft skills in communication, leadership, and teamwork. The finance and accounting classes have helped me to understand the numerical drivers behind the business and to prioritize operations," he said.
