The goal isn’t to say the perfect thing every time. It’s to consistently give our children messages that help them feel safe, capable, and valued. 💞

Opioid overdoses are medical emergencies, and acting fast can save a life. Adding naloxone to your first aid kit makes you better prepared for summer events, travel, and time outdoors in full swing.

Call 911 right away if someone shows signs of an overdose, including:
- Decreased breathing or not breathing normally.
- Unresponsiveness.
- Bluish or gray skin.
- Signs of cardiac arrest.

Carrying naloxone means you can step in during those critical moments before emergency help arrives.
