Beautiful day to be out with the guys, we stayed out until Lola said enough and came up on the deck. Our old girl is still in charge of the hooligan brigade but needed a lie down. Libby is staring at the door and Marcel is looking at me imploringly. We’ll head out again in a bit, this bright sunshine is hard to resist.

Happy Valentine’s Day friends! A throwback picture of one of our many dog loves, Zeus. I think of him so often, always reminded of how he loved everyone, young and old. A true gentleman ❤️

I love the winter season but few things make me happier than the dogs enjoying the property in the summer. Be it basking in the sun or laying in the shade they just make me happy. 😊

For as long as we’ve been married (almost 40 years) my husband has worn these same gloves and in each of these years we’ve had Great Danes and Cane Corsi who try their best to take them from him haha. Watching this ridiculousness never gets old. No idea why but the gloves have been like catnip to our dogs lol….innumerable have been successfully stolen, buried or done in 😂
