Noteworthy Resources is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families navigating mental health challenges by fostering strong peer connections, helping people access therapy and essential resources, and empowering self-advocacy. Our work is rooted in the belief that no one should have to face mental or emotional struggles alone—and that community, understanding, and access to care can change lives.

Our goal is to increase our presence as mental health advocates—reminding others that their mental and emotional well-being matters, that support is available, and that they are not alone in searching for care or connection. Through conversation, resources, and outreach, we hope to inspire individuals to prioritize their wellness and take their next step toward healing and belonging.
