I spend a considerable amount of time creating statues, mushrooms, trees, pyramids, angels, and fountains for installment pieces, collectors, and the general public on my family’s 47-acre wooded property. People often assume that the pieces will be considerably heavy, but I use a light-weight concrete mixture to form the sculpture. The density of the mixture and top coatings are determined by the customer’s specifications and location of the artwork.
