The City of Akron, Ohio - Mayor's Office will be opening a cooling center at the Summit Lake Community Center (380 W Crosier St.) for anyone needing relief from the heat.

The cooling center will be available Tuesday, June 30, through Thursday, July 2, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
