Last Chance to RSVP to the SPEED FRIENDING event I am hosting this evening at the studio in Akron!

This event is FREE and is meant for adults in their mid-20s-50s to make new friends in the Akron Area. Because Making friends is hard!

DETAILS:
Finding new friends can be a struggle, regardless if you're in your 20s, 40s or 80s. Once you've passed the 'friend-making' stages of College, New Careers, or Play Dates, it's even harder to meet someone that doesn't give you the ick.

But all hope is not lost! Not when Speed Friending is around. This is a quick paced event where you'll get a couple of minutes to quickly meet with a potential new friend before it's off to chat with the next one. This meet up is dedicated to intentionally getting to know NEW people.

Whether you are new to Akron or feel you have drifted away from your friend circle over time due to parenting, work, or other responsibilities, this is the perfect event to change that. Oh, and the best part? There's no reason to feel awkward! Everyone who attends this event is here specifically to meet you!

The event begins at 6:00 PM, October 3rd at the Grá Intimates Studio. Not sure what to talk about? There will be ice breaker questions (they'll be fun, not boring) supplied at the tables, and a fun mingling opportunity after the Speed Friending is done.

This event is not to be used as a Singles function. You will meet a diverse group of people of all ages, genders, abilities and sexualities. This event is inclusive and considered a safe space. Harassment of any kind is not permitted and will have you immediately banned from this and all future events hosted by The Siren Squad.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Your personal information will not be shared with other participants by the host. Contact information can be willingly exchanged between participants during the mingling portion of the event. Participants decide what contact information, if any, they feel comfortable exchanging. Please come prepared with a way to share your information easily.

Things have been a little quiet here in the studio, as we revamp our business from the ground up. BUT, we’re doing some much needed house cleaning that has been put off for a while and I’m so excited to shed off all that dead weight.
