Working In Progress is a 501(c)(3)non-profit social service agency that is designed to reduce the incident of poverty by providing a Transition Plan (TP) for economically disadvantaged at risk African-American youth ages 12-18, in Akron, Ohio. The TP plan prepares and enables our youth to make the transition from the world of high school to the world of adulthood.
