Another trifecta in the books on a beautiful Monday. Started the day with Coleen Dawes at a beautiful condo with a view. Headed to North Hill with Bill Fiala for a meet and greet inspection. Then capped it off with Alessia Maculaitis in west Akron to round the day out and then some sushi after. Enjoy your Tuesday everyone!

I was asked over the weekend if I ever thought I would be as successful as I am now. We were talking business and I was with family so I immediately thought money/wealth. I told my father-in-law at 19 when I met him there was no way I thought I’d be here.
To be honest this answer for some reason was on my mind all the way to the gym this morning. What is success anyways and how do you ever measure it?
Be a successful parent, a successful spouse, have a successful friendship because you don’t need a lot of those.thats how you should measure success not with cash, although that helps ROFL!

Beautiful filled day spending with the Akron Fire rookie class doing a live burn then heading to an inspection in cuyahoga falls with Tylier Dawley. I always enjoy getting to work with new people full of good energy and she is definitely one of them!
