Don Shultz of Shultz Design and Construction and I were invited by our State Representative Jack Daniels and State Representative Justin Pizzulli to come to Columbus to give testimony in support of HB 692 which deals with reforming our Health Code as it pertains to septic systems.

We install many septic’s each year and as anyone who has had it done, you’re aware it can be a quite burdensome task just getting the permits!

It was a unique look into how new laws are made and certainly an honor to be asked to be part of the solution.
