We are a beef booth at the Lenawee County fair. 100% of our proceeds go back to Lenawee County 4-H and fair! 80% to the Project of a Show Barn and 20% is divided between the species that work the day shifts, that money goes into the barns.

Harts Local is proud to announce that The Steak Shack will be open once again at the Lenawee County Fair July 21st - 27th. The Steak Shack will be offering burgers, steak sandwiches, and beef sticks made exclusively with beef from our very own farm in Clayton, Mi. Born and raised right here in Lenawee County. Thank you to all who is going to be helping throughout the week, and thank you to Hillsdale County Meats for processing and storing all of the Local Beef.
