Did someone say dates?
There are a lot of things to do when preparing the uterus for labor. Many of you have heard all of them--drinking red raspberry tea, pineapple, spicy foods, homeopathic remedies, and dates.
Is there a magic remedy that will put you into labor? Not so much. However, that doesn't mean that all of these things don't aid in preparing the body for birth. Having a consistent routine of birth prep is great way to prepare your body for labor.
Check out our favorite recipe for getting in your daily dates. You might want to eat a few too many of these they are so delicious. Pop a few of them with a side of your favorite red raspberry leaf tea, and you won't be disappointed.
