Our recipe of the month is this chickpea Brussels sprouts salad.

Remember nobody comes back from their workout unhappy, you might be sore, you might be tired, you might be hungry…
BUT never unhappy, the next time you want to skip, think again because that one workout may not change your life but it will change your day!
This month we are looking at improving our movement quality & one way is to check our form on common exercises we do.
This week we looked at squats, lunges & our running form.
Today let’s just focus on those lunges, cue bend both knees!
Our exercise of the month is a close grip chest press.
Good for inner chest & tri-ceps.
By keeping the weights pressed together you maintain constant tension. Don’t let those weight’s separate 😉.
