The Kiz Lab is dedicated to providing a fun atmosphere at their events. The Kiz Lab is known for making good dancers become great dancers. We have elevated many dancers and are well known for our high-level curriculum. We have discovered core concepts within Urban Kiz and teach techniques to ensure that dancers understand the Urban Kiz physically and mentally. We also do exercises like video analysis, drills, and lab sessions where we play with creative expressions of origin movements.
