In August of 1994, Tri-State acquired a second location in Fenton Missouri, to service the major metropolitan area of St. Louis and quickly became one of the top 10 RainSoft dealers in the world. In 2007, a similar family business in Longview Texas was acquired to service the East Texas, Shreveport Louisiana and Little Rock Arkansas areas as well. Tri-State Water, Power, and Air now employs over 100 people between the 4 offices. In early 2009 we added the Home Generator Division to the company and in 2010 Tri-State had become the largest installer of home generator systems in the Midwest. We later brought on additional product lines such as Setrel Bathroom Makeovers, Tankless Water Heaters and residential Solar Panels; broadening our services to ensure our ability to truly provide our customers with the finest products. Tri-State is a family business with family members working in each office. Along side them, Tri-State has a team of dedicated employees working in administration, finance, customer service, field service, installation, sales and marketing.
