5722 Records proudly announces the upcoming release of Gray Like Yesterday, a newly restored collection of previously unreleased recordings from the 1993–1994 My Sedatious Sister “Rising” recording sessions.
Unearthed from the M.S.S. archives, the release offers a rare and intimate look at a formative creative period, capturing the raw textures and emotional undercurrents that defined the era. Recorded during a time of experimentation and transition, the material on Gray Like Yesterday has remained unheard for decades. Carefully preserved and thoughtfully presented, the collection honors the original spirit of the sessions while making the music accessible to listeners today. Gray Like Yesterday will be released April 24th 2026 on 5722 Records.

So every now and then I'm asked to put the guitar down and get out of my comfort zone of rock music. I was asked at a session if I could come up with some "electronic/edm-like" and started messing around with beats my drum kit which led to sequencers, drums machines, keyboards, synthesizers, sound effects, etc.... This marks the first time that I've written, recorded and released something that didn't have a guitar on it... and although challenging it was fun. Take a listen and let me know what you think.
