You have probably heard of turbochargers or turbos before. You are going see them used more and more on new vehicles as a way to help fuel economy by getting the same amount or more power out of a smaller engine. Manufacturers like Ford with their "EcoBoost" engines are going to push turbo technology and reliability to new levels as the years go by. This is a great video of how a turbocharger works. The accent is a little difficult to understand at times but the content is great!
