We appreciated the opportunity to be part of The Garden Club of Kentucky's 95th Annual Convention in Berea.

John spoke on the importance of stewardship and the role agriculture plays in caring for the land. Grateful to be included in conversations that connect farming, conservation, and community.

This month, we’re highlighting PW Denning, a valued member of the Walnut Grove team who helps keep things moving day in and day out.

PW joined our team in November 2020 as a hauling specialist, bringing years of experience in truck driving and agriculture. Most days, you’ll find him running a 53-foot box trailer along a nine-mile route, loading about every hour and ten minutes and making dozens of stops to keep grain moving.

In addition to hauling, PW handles a majority of the bushhogging on the farm each year. He takes pride in keeping everything looking sharp and enjoys the quiet time in the tractor out in the field.

His favorite Walnut Grove memory? The annual Christmas breakfast, when the whole team gets together to slow down and catch up.

We’re grateful for the work ethic and pride in the job PW brings to the team.
