I had another self-defense seminar today, and I absolutely love what I do for a living. It's rewarding to teach the next generation how to survive and be aware. Always pay attention to your surroundings and never think it can't happen to you. I truly believe the messages I delivered resonated with several participants. It's important to take life seriously; not everyone has the opportunity to attend a self-defense seminar. So, when you do, approach it with seriousness. i Know i'm on the Right God keep giving signs  to stay still.

Same mission, same dream: conquer and build champions on and off the mat. Years ago, I was on the beach with Slayden Hurt, celebrating our victory at the Pan AM it's a title that not many achieve, whether as kids or adults. Again, I found myself at the beach with Zane and Lawless, winning AGF in Foley, Alabama, proudly representing all the way from Oklahoma.

We continue to prove that our kids can compete without needing a huge gym; what they truly need is a coach who loves his students, knows the game, and has a gift for coaching. The most important lesson is to avoid being a "yes man" to kids from a very young age keeping it real is essential.

This week was fantastic, and I'm so proud of all my students. We may go out there alone, but it’s the training partners who help prepare us for these wars. Thank you all!
