Amanda is a historian, author, archivist, researcher, and museum specialist who has worked with the Sequoyah National Research Center at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Amanda collaborated with Fuller L. Bumpers and Daniel F. Littlefield on “Chickasaw Removal,” a book that examines governmental pressures, difficult decisions, devious politics, and hardships endured by the Chickasaw people during the Removal era.
