Sometimes, just moving a single element can make all the difference. The original washer and dryer that came with the house circa 1990's went bad and needed replaced, unfortunately the new washer and dryer were a few inches too big and the laundry door could no longer be shut. The clients came to us asking to update the room and make it functional again. We relocated the washer and dryer and the sink, installed handmade and hand glazed subway tile, and put in a gorgeous granite countertop.
