People have gotten far too comfortable hiding behind a screen and saying things they would never have the courage to say to someone face-to-face. I’m currently completing my Environmental Policy and Management degree and serve my tribe’s environmental dept by conducting govt to govt consultation with external state and federal agencies. I lead my own consulting firm, C.K. Tribal Consulting, where I specialize in diplomacy, environmental stewardship and policy through an Indigenous lens, and enhancing Native cultural and historical competency across professional sectors. I was born and raised on the Hollywood reservation in Florida and love where I come from 🫶🏽”

“Tonko! Flo Proctor towi. I am a member of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, beadwork/ sewing artist, and a 2nd Language Learner of the Mvskoke Language.
I began my journey with language in 2024 while working as an Admin Assistant for the SNO Language Program. Since then I have helped in language revitalization efforts there, as well as a Beginning-Language-Instructor for the Mvskoke Nation. I am currently pursuing a degree in Business and continue to create beadwork pieces! I have been beading since 2018, but picked up sewing and photography earlier this year. You can follow my work 100co. Mvto!”
