On our pour over menu and retail shelves, you’ll find Al Manshiya. Easily the loudest Yemeni we offer, the cup overflows with peach blossom, candied-cranberry, dark honey, and hint of florals.

It’s grown on high elevation terraced farms, where mountainous terrain and limited water create intense coffees like this one. No other country produces flavor profiles like Yemen. The taste is remarkable, and we highly recommend trying this breathtaking lot if you can.

Cupping auction coffees are some of the most fun days at the table. Today, it was Mexico’s 🇲🇽

We roast each sample, then Jenny and Barry cup each lot blindly to determine which ones we’ll bid on. If we win the auction for that lot, the coffee will join our Limited Roast lineup!
