Hello MLRC Fans!
It’s hard to believe that we are FINALLY in the home stretch with this project. In less than four months, we will be looking at a brand new tennis and pickleball center! Every two weeks we will issue updates on the progress along with images of the site.
At this point, the foundation walls of the tennis building are almost fully in place. It will be completed within a week while the pickleball foundation walls will be getting underway.
A large component of the development is drainage which has also been worked on for the past few weeks. It’s important that the waters recycle back into the soils and not find its way into the sewer. It’s a rather involved process and the infiltration field has been dug down so that the drainage apparatus can be installed. This will take about two weeks to put into place and then it will be backfilled to cover it up.
