Join us May 26–29 at the Ackerman and Weir Branch Libraries for Summer Reading Registration Week. Sign up for the program, pick up your bingo reading sheets, and receive a registration bag filled with bookmarks, stickers, and other fun surprises. Readers of all ages are welcome—we can't wait to spend the summer reading with you!

Join us for a special Friends of the Library community program on Thursday, May 21 at 6:00 p.m. at the Choctaw County Library! 🌿📚

Enjoy an evening of gardening tips, small business advice, social media ideas, finger foods, free plants, and great conversation with guest speakers from Dry Bottoms Farms and Nursery and the Mississippi State University Extension Service.

This event is free and open to the public — bring a friend and come spend the evening with us!

We’re excited to partner with the Choctaw County Extension Office for the Choctaw Challenge starting TODAY at the Choctaw County Library! Whether you’re just getting started or looking for a fun way to stay active, this beginner-friendly program is a great way to build healthy habits in a welcoming environment.

Join us Thursdays in May at 12:30 PM at the library — and don’t worry, no fitness experience required! Come as you are and move at your own pace. We’d love to see you there! 🎉
