We’re hosting a multicourse seafood extravaganza at our Auntie Jill’s restaurant and we are so, so excited for the long overdue collaboration with our friends, musicians-extrordinare and Filipino Hot Sauce entrepreneurs — the Dadap-Ma Family!!
We were introduced to Laura and her family in 2021, through a customer of ours, because Laura was a New York based Filipino America hot sauce maker. We quickly ordered a couple cases to put on the shelves of our small retail shop, excited to learn about and support the family business!
To our surprise, the Dadap family insisted they drive it up themselves from Queens and hand-deliver. At first, we thought it was just exceptional customer service (which they also have!) but once they arrived we realized quickly the magic of it all.
You see, Michael is one of the most esteemed Harana players of record. We are named Harana Market. In the middle of upstate New York. He had to come experience it for himself. Eat Food That Makes Your Heart Sing, right?
Since then, we have been lucky enough to host Laura, Michael and Yeou-Cheng for live music performances (swipe) at both of our locations - a Harana blessing of sorts.
That brings us to Tuesday’s dinner. Not only is the Dadap-Ma family made up of world-renowned musicians, but they also make the most delicious Filipino hot sauce ~ as seen on ~ which will be on every table at Tuesday’s dinner.

Chef Chris has been busy working behind the scenes to bring you all sorts of deliciousness. We’re in Brooklyn next week and - starting in June - we can be on your kitchen table, too.
🚨 We are so excited to partner with to bring you HARANA AT HOME - our monthly dinner and provisions club. 🚨
This sort of subscription program provides consistent income for our small business. It also is a fun monthly opportunity to let Chris’ culinary creativity run wild. And now that the restaurant is closed, it is the closest thing to a standing reservation for our most local and loyal of customers. That’s what we call a win-win-win.

For all those asking WHERE / HOW / WHEN for that Harana Market fix, we’ve got some good news for you!
There are lots of exciting things are happening over here …. and we hope you’ll join us for some FLAVOR.
#1 GUESS WHAT!????
Beginning THIS WEEK, we are now offering Harana Market food pickup on Wednesdays (Woodstock) and Thursdays (Accord)! OMG. Are you as excited as we are!?
We wanna help feed you and your household during the busy weeks. We will open our doors in Accord on Thursdays. Woodstock folks have been ASKING for something like this, so that’s where we’re trialing drop-odds first. Please take advantage of this opportunity so we can keep it happening weekly.
Please note — food will be packaged cold and offered in pint or quart containers for you to reheat at home. Re-heat instructions will be provided. MOST events will be free/no purchase necessary. Snacky food and drinks will be available for purchase if you’re feeling peckish and want to support us, however ultimately, we really just want this to be a space where our community can come together and hold space for each other.
