💧 Anchors aweigh in 4K! ⛵️

Our little scientists have been learning all about water this month, and this week we took our learning to the high seas (or, well, water in a bin!).

We engineered our very own boats using different craft materials and put them to the ultimate test. Through our experiments, we discovered what makes a boat sink or float, and investigated what happens when you start adding weight. 🌊🧱

Our second graders have been busy learning all about pollinators!

To bring the lesson to life, beekeepers Jenny and Sarah from 2 Chicks Apiary stopped by for a visit. It was quite the buzz!

The students explored the different types of honeybees, their unique roles in the hive, and the essential process of pollination. The students got an up-close look (and listen!) to a live hive section.

It was truly bee-tiful!
