Quick (kinda) story about why I wanted to do the 40 over 40 Project...

I was like so many other women. My inner voice consistently crept in to tell me things like: "Who do you think you are to do this...You don't have enough education, money, experience to be around these people...You don't even love your body, how can you expect women to love theirs?"

I agreed with that voice, so I made a change. The last year has been a journey of acceptance. I finally realized that the voice was holding me back from helping other women accept themselves.

I am on a journey to love myself and love my body...join me on this journey so you can truly see yourself.
