REVIST: 1 step forward and 2 steps back
We get all excited when we take on a new project or decide to start working on resolving a pain point or friction point in the company and then something happens that stalls or stops us and we feel like we are sliding backwards.

Yesterday our Wisdom Boards chatted about things you can do to get back on track when you get off the rails for whatever reason. Here are some of the suggestions we shared:
- It’s okay to say no. (only agree to what you have head space for)
Find work spaces that are less distracting, (Library, quiet room)
GO back to the big picture and ID new action items
What are the daily BIG 3. (Full Focus Planner System)
Brain Dump (code them - now or later)
Full day of reset
Personal Reset: Get a cup of tea, day off, something for yourself,
Try to ID the bottle neck - is it me or too much happening
Do we need to adjust communication: Is me jumping in helping or hurting?
Give self grace
Let your mind subconsciously work through things
Talk things out with someone (Especially if you process better when you work through things verbally)
Reach back out to past prospects to reconnect
