Starting october first our new monthly rate will be Just 530.00 Which will include electric, water, sewer, and Wi-Fi, as well as all the amenities that we offer. Including the park for the kids multiple nature trails ,Horseshoes and more. Also coming soon will be our Brand New laundry And central heat and air bathrooms and showers. Be adding Wi-Fi to or 15 wood site's. So come on and let us show you what real southern hospitality is.
