After years of teaching at Acacia Wellbeing Centre, I'm moving my class to the newly opened Karuna Studio. Acacia Wellbeing Centre has been a great location and such a wonderful space over the years, but this move to Karuna feels right at this time. I will continue to teach one class in Kampala - Saturday mornings from 9-10:30am at Karuna Studio (no need to book, just show up!). Class prices and loyalty cards remain the same, although the loyalty card will likely switch to a studio wide program with time.

I look forward to practicing with you in this beautiful new location starting in March. This Saturday, the 29th of February, will be my last class Acacia Wellbeing Centre so please come join me to bend and stretch and I'll share something I've started doing everyday that is proving to be a game changer!

I'm so excited to be teaching again starting this Saturday. In the lead up to Christmas, classes will focus on grounding yet energizing flows. It can be a hectic and draining time of year, but with mindfulness and awareness in the way we choose to live our daily lives, we can control the current of our energy and stay present so the season is enjoyable and joyous, as it should be. Please join me for vinyasa classes available to all levels of students on Saturdays from 9 - 10:30am at Acacia Wellbeing Centre (map below) (more classes to come in the New Year). I am also excited to announce that I will be co-hosting, with the lovely Sophie Namy, a workshop delving deeper into these themes - Grounding & Engerizing - on Sunday, the 10th of December. So please mark your calendars and watch this space for more information on that next week.
