The Radar

I met him for the first time 26 years ago at my first place of residence at Makerere University. It was called Edna Hostel. I am sure some of you here who know "Kwich-Nchili" have many questions to ask. I am selling his phone number. I am not giving it for free. My God is good. Kwich, we cherish you so so much.

A DREAM FOR THE NEXT TWO MONTHS-
In Iddi Amin Dada's voice-

"I had a dream sent to me last night by god. He told me the following;"

1- In May 2024, the Parliament of Uganda will call on all employees of parliament to re-apply and resit interviews for their jobs. This will be in a bid to rid the house of elements now exposed as conduits to questionable money transfer and those who got their jobs due to nepotism and botheration.

2- The exercise will take place after an extra-ordinary recess of the August house caused by three events of national importance. One of them will be the passing of a very important politician in Uganda's political history. The other two I will not mention but they will make national news.

3- Following the exercise, the Speaker Anita Among and Deputy Speaker Thomas Tayebwa will maintain their positions until after 2026.The events that will follow will overshadow events.

4- Some employees of parliament and in the media fraternity will face arrest and prosecution over their role in acquiring employment illegally, most will be prosecuted for breaking employment rules and procedures which include engaging in acts of corruption. The Speaker and Deputy Speaker will be immune to this by virtue of their position and the CSR function they are expected to conduct. They will only be faulted for improper procedure, caution to use the right channels the next time. Full accountability of monies and salaries will be borne by the individuals involved as per the financial transaction details and how money was dispensed. Job descriptions at this point will be key. There will be a new CDF after the 2026 elections. Most of you will not like him, but sorry.

5- The United Nations is looking at the possibility of Ugandan troops in Haiti as they continue working on a possibility of eliminating "Barbecue" from within using one of his own men who is to be paid. Uganda's role will be to restore order and stand guard for a new government.

6- There is a new leadership conflict brewing in South Sudan that is likely to affect Uganda in the next month or so that will also see Ugandan troops called upon to bring peace. As usual they will be backed-up by soldiers of fortune with great expertise to sweep the grown from above before ground assaults.

7- The new ADF threat is real and should not be taken lightly. If not squashed quickly, it will bring devastating effects.

I thought i would share my foolish dream with you all so that we can laugh together. You know my dreams are always very funny. Time in memorial i am always dreaming funny things like this. I felt this one was nice for a good laugh.

This here is where you should focus. There are two headlines right here you should focus on. Once you understand the gravity they come with, it will be easier for you to concentrate on production, healthy stress-less living and earning a living. Above all, it will make you re-organise your relationship with your Creator.

The General Court Martial in Makidye Kampala-Uganda has dismissed the case against Col Ndahura, ACP Herbert Muhangi, SSP Nickson Agasiirwe and others accused of the illegal extradition of Rwandan refugees. They are also accused of failure to protect war materiel.
