01: Position: Webmaster
Location: Lira Branch
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Design website for TelliSense Technologies Clients
 Test, set up and put live the client’s websites
 Designs all the graphics needed by the company for marketing or website purposes
 Ensure that all the TelliSense Technologies sites are up to date and have the good quality content
 Continuously identify needs for beautifying client’s websites and write proposals to clients to have them redesigned
 Market the TelliSense Technologies website development department to potential clients
 Resolve any technical issues that may arise on the client’s website
 Update TelliSense Social media website as required
 Be a contributing member of the WordPress, Drupal and Joomla platforms
 Developing software programs for projects that Tellisense Technologies is working on
 Write website proposals for TelliSense Technologies Clients
Skills Required
Candidate should have good knowledge about web programming, software programming, content management system (wordpress, drupal and joomla). Knowledge of the Laravel application development framework is an added advantage.

Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information technology or related field. additional qualification will be an added advantage.
02: Position: Front Desk Representative:
Location: Lira Branch
We are looking for a pleasant Front desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer -oriented approach is essential.
The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Responsibilities.
 Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all the necessary materials (pens, form, paper etc.)
 Greeting and welcoming visitors as they approach the front desk
 Answering questions and addressing complaints
 Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
 Receive letter, packages etc. and distributes them
 Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
 Checks, sort and forward emails
 Monitor office supplies and places and place orders when necessary
 Keep updated records and files
 Monitor office expenses and costs
 Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Requirements
 Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
 Familiarity with office machines e.g. fax, printer etc.
 Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
 Proficient in English (oral and written)
 Computer literacy is a must
 Strong communication skills
 Good organizational and multitasking abilities
 Problem solving skills
 Customer service orientation

Qualification

03: Position: Mobile App Developer
Location: Lira Branch
Job descriptions
 Design and build advanced application for the Android platform.
 Collaborate with team members to define, design, and ship new features.
 Work with outside data sources and API’s.
 Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
 Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
 Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
 Conduct and prepare training materials like Application documentation for TelliSense Client’s
Experience
 Proven software development experience and Android skills development.
 Proven working experience in Android app development and
 Have published at least one original Android app
 Experience with Android SDK
 Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON.
 Experience with third-party libraries and APIS.
 Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
 Experience in code versioning tools (Git).
 Knowledge of flutter a big plus.

Position
