Location: Soliz House, Lumumba Avenue Kampala Uganda.

Reports to: Marketing manager.

The (field officers) product ambassadors work hand in hand with the Marketing Manager to ensure that all healthcare facilities, Pharmacies, and drug shops are well sensitised and registered on the clinicPesa Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Sensitise the Healthcare Service Providers on how to effectively use clinicPesa to improve their businesses as well as day to day operations in regards to financing.
• Registering healthcare facilities, pharmacies and drug shops to the clinicPesa platform.
• Providing information and feedback about clinicPesa from the Healthcare Service Providers.
• Generating sales opportunities and working to build customer preference for the brand.
• Guiding the Healthcare Service Providers on basic record keeping, financial management, computer usage as well as provide a listening channel between the Healthcare Service Providers and clinicPesa.
• Represent clinicPesa on ground to both customers and the Healthcare Service Providers.

Qualifications:

• A diploma in any field, candidates with a marketing background or have experience in the field of marketing have an added advantage.
• Possess strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Dedication to learning and a true passion for the business is vital.
• Show commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong desire to learn, and success in team environments.
• Knowledge of the global or domestic business landscape (preferred).
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills. • Good analytical and quantitative skills.
• Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
• Age: Below 30 years
