It has taken the Museveni regime over 20 years to realise the sale of Cooperative Bank was illegal. What's the aim of this inquiry? It should be noted that always its the small fish that suffer-two security guards at Bank of Uganda have been remanded for allowing crucial documents to be taken out of the Bank. Who took them out? Why isnt that person on remand?
