True transformation begins with the individual. Every young person, woman, and refugee in our community has the potential to lead, thrive, and create change but only when given a safe, supportive, and empowering space.
That’s why we have made SRHR, Gender Equity, and Mental Health the pillars of everything we do.
Why it matters:
Health is the foundation. By addressing sexual and reproductive health and mental well-being, we equip individuals with resilience the kind that turns challenges into opportunities.
Equity drives progress. Social justice isn’t just an idea it’s a practice. We champion inclusive growth so no one is left behind.
Solutions are community-led.
Every initiative is designed with those it serves, ensuring lasting impact and ownership that truly lasts.
From mentoring young leaders to supporting refugee women and advocating for mental health, our mission is clear: transform community challenges into scalable solutions that empower individuals and strengthen society.
Join us on this journey. Together, we’re not just innovating we’re reshaping futures.

Economic independence is one of the most effective defenses against gender-based violence.
As we mark the commencement of the against Gender-Based Violence, RAVT Innovation Center reaffirms its commitment to structural transformation in Mpigi District. We recognize that vulnerability is often exacerbated by a lack of resources and economic agency.
Through our Skills & Livelihoods pillar—specifically in fashion, tailoring, and crafts—we provide more than just vocational training. We provide the tools for autonomy. When a woman in a rural community gains the capacity to generate income, the power dynamics within her household shift. She gains a voice, dignity, and the resilience to reject violence.
Our approach is holistic: integrating practical skills with SRHR education to ensure that women and girls are not only economically empowered but also physically safe and legally aware.
Let us unite to build a society where safety is a right, not a privilege.
