Make life less difficult for yourself by loving your neighbor as yourself, a co- adaptation approach means that; you learn to exist with people who are complex and some what different from you. Live beyond yourself. "Yourself is a small part of the universe, beyond yourself is the whole of God's creation". Feed the hungry and love the needy, be kind to children and support the elderly, welcome refugees and encourage prisoners, listen to the widows and advocate for the marginalized, give justice to the oppressed and enforce the rule of law, clean your compound and do not build in wetland, water your plants and love your family, love God and love yourself live as if eternity really matters for through that conscious of eternal anticipation and gratitude we overcome the sarcasm of selfishness and learn to love, live serve and leave a legacy beyond Self!
